Accessing the Website
LoggerLab does not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis. LoggerLab may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Website for business and operational reasons. LoggerLab will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal. LoggerLab will not be liable to you if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Intellectual property rights
LoggerLab owns only the software that records and saves the data. The data the software is saving is the rightful owner of the station where the data is recorded from. LoggerLab does not own any of the audio. Use of logos are copyrighted to their respective owners.
Share Data
No user shall share their user login with anyone for any reason.
Payments
Payments are due within 7 days of an invoice being generated. If subscribed to a monthly subscription, the subscription must be cancelled prior to the renewal date to avoid charges.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for software failure where all data has been lost. Refunds are not issued for server failure/issues, lack of features or if your browser does not meet the Software Requirements. Refunds are determined on individual circumstances and only issued once LoggerLab’s technical staff determines that LoggerLab has a fault causing it to not run in your browser. Refunds are not available after 1 month from original sign up date.
Termination
LoggerLab may terminate this Agreement in the event of a breach of this Agreement and all monies paid will not be refunded.
Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason, (a) You must destroy all copies of the data obtained by the service, including any back-up copy; and (b) LoggerLab may without notice and in its sole discretion terminate, suspend or disable access to the Service by You.
LoggerLab may change these terms of service at anytime without notice.
